Haryana Housing is an independent marketplace and information hub. We provide listings for real estate properties including plots, floors, and houses. We are NOT a real estate agency, broker, or government body. We do not participate in actual transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. Independence & Non-Affiliation
The Website is a private entity. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Government of Haryana, HSVP (HUDA), DTCP, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
4. Property Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information, all property data (including RERA IDs, sizes, and prices) is provided by third-party sellers or consolidated from public sources. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal standing of any property before making financial commitments.
5. Limitation of Liability
Haryana Housing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or from any property transaction initiated through the Website.
6. Communication
The official method of communication with Haryana Housing is via the contact forms provided on the Website or by emailing info@haryanahousing.org. We do not provide official support via WhatsApp or direct voice calls.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Haryana.
